Relational quality and improvement of Life Skills (No technical Skills)
The provision of health services implicitly involves an emotional load linked to the specific task / service, which, if extended for long periods of time, falls on the operators, placing them in a burn-out risk. Various theories and empirical studies (Mayo, 1933; Maslow, 1943; Herzberg, 1959; Vroom, 1964; Alderfer, 1969; Fontana, 1997; McClellant, 1985) reveal how "motivated" work performances generate a sense of personal fulfillment which can be translated into a positive result for performance in general. Therefore, Healthcare Companies must improve the quality of assistance provided by the operators through motivational, wellness and health promotion’s activities for the staff. In this study we want to demonstrate that psycho-body empowerment © training supported by group psychodynamic proposals with expressive techniques, allows the acquisition of the necessary life skills to support the health worker's perception of well-being. These activities are aimed at developing a healthy and safe work environment, which also considers the psychological, social and relational implications of the organizational context related to the gender gap. In the present study, we wanted to explore whether the experiential methodology presented here, aimed at psycho- corporeal awareness in the relationship with the other, could support a path of psychological well-being perceived by the operators, as imagined and measured by Carol Ryff (1989). In particular, an attempt was made to highlight the difference in the acquisition of skills between male and female health workers, showing that some of them can be more easily acquired by one gender than another. The action research in this presented study, adapted in web mode in compliance with the safety standards imposed by the COVID-19 pandemic, has been supported by e-learning technologies and the results of this further study will be the subject of subsequent publication
Some triviality results for quasi-Einstein manifolds and Einstein warped products
In this paper we prove a number of triviality results for Einstein warped
products and quasi-Einstein manifolds using different techniques and under
assumptions of various nature. In particular we obtain and exploit gradient
estimates for solutions of weighted Poisson-type equations and adaptations to
the weighted setting of some Liouville-type theorems.Comment: 15 pages, fixed minor mistakes in Section
Guidelines on the diagnosis, treatment and management of visceral and renal arteries aneurysms: a joint assessment by the Italian Societies of Vascular and Endovascular Surgery (SICVE) and Medical and Interventional Radiology (SIRM)
: The objective of these Guidelines is to provide recommendations for the classification, indication, treatment and management of patients suffering from aneurysmal pathology of the visceral and renal arteries. The methodology applied was the GRADE-SIGN version, and followed the instructions of the AGREE quality of reporting checklist. Clinical questions, structured according to the PICO (Population, Intervention, Comparator, Outcome) model, were formulated, and systematic literature reviews were carried out according to them. Selected articles were evaluated through specific methodological checklists. Considered Judgments were compiled for each clinical question in which the characteristics of the body of available evidence were evaluated in order to establish recommendations. Overall, 79 clinical practice recommendations were proposed. Indications for treatment and therapeutic options were discussed for each arterial district, as well as follow-up and medical management, in both candidate patients for conservative therapy and patients who underwent treatment. The recommendations provided by these guidelines simplify and improve decision-making processes and diagnostic-therapeutic pathways of patients with visceral and renal arteries aneurysms. Their widespread use is recommended
Novel technique to measure Lepton Universality ratio RK at NA62
Lepton universality is one of the key properties of the Standard Model (SM) and a clear indication of its violation could lead to the discovery of new physics. In kaon sector, lepton universality is tested measuring the ratio $R_K = \Gamma(K^+ \to e^+ \nu (\gamma))/\Gamma(K^+ \to \mu^+ \nu (\gamma)), which has a very precise theoretical estimation.
In this work, the measurement of R_K using a subsample of data collected by NA62 experiment at CERN is presented. A new technique has been develope, collecting both sample with the same trigger stream and extracting BR(K^+ \to \mu^+ \nu (\gamma)) from events with muon decays in flight in order to minimize systematic effects.
This new approach will pave the way to reach
experimentally the same precision of the theoretical prediction
Search for at CERN
The decay , with a very precisely predicted branching ratio of less than , is one of the best candidates to reveal indirect effects of new physics at the highest mass scales. The NA62 experiment at CERN SPS is designed to measure the branching ratio of the with a decay-in-flight technique, novel for this channel. NA62 took data in 2016, 2017 and 2018. Statistics collected in 2016 allows NA62 to reach the Standard Model sensitivity for , entering the domain of single event sensitivity and showing the proof of principle of the experiment. The data analysis is reviewed and the preliminary result from the 2016 data set presented
Search for and Future Searches for Exotic Processes at NA62
NA62 is a fixed target experiment at CERN with the main goal of measuring the Branching Ratio of the decay at 10% precision level. It also searches for exotic particles such as invisible vector bosons or axion-like particles. First preliminary results of a subset of 2016 data sample are shown
Novel technique to measure Lepton Universality ratio at NA62
Lepton universality is one of the key properties of the Standard Model. In the kaon sector, lepton universality is tested measuring the ratio , which has a very precise theoretical prediction. has been measured collecting both channels with the same trigger stream and extracting from events with muon decays in flight. The sample collected is three times larger than in previous measurements, with a 4 parts per thousand systematic uncertainty. This new approach will pave the way to reach experimentally the same precision as the theoretical prediction
Latest results from NA62 and NA48/2 experiments
Kaon physics at CERN has a long tradition, started in 1980s by the NA31 experiment and continued by the current NA48/2 and NA62 collaborations. New results have been presented by both, namely a new measurement of the branching ratio of K± → π0π0μ±ν from NA48/2 and a set of new results from the broad physics programme of NA62
